Beautiful and private large corner lot with no neighbors on 3 sides. Lots of room to spread out in the backyard, horseshoe area, front yard with hammock and nice seating areas under large bay trees. There is a large oversized yard surrounded by lovely Oak and Bay Laurel trees, hammock, fire pit on the beach and in backyard for marshmallow roasting/smores, private hot tub, canoe, 1 person kayak and lighted horseshoe pits. Lots of activities for kids-tire swing, inner tubes, games, horse shoes, hot tub and more. There is a large outdoor grill too!
The backyard has been nicely landscaped with new lighting and a large seating/dining area with additional seating around a separate firepit area. Its beautiful at night with a fire and the lit garden and a beverage. Relax while the kids and adults roast marshmallows!
Nearby attractions include Robinson Rancheria Casino and Running Creek Casino, multiple wineries around the lake, great dining in Upper Lake at the Blue Wing Saloon and wine tasting at Shannon Ridge Winery. Keeling Park is a short distance away for launching your boat.
The property extends on both sides of Lakeshore Blvd. The house is on one side, and the lake on the other. The street is VERY quiet and marked 15Mph. We have a 200 foot pier and a sloping beach. There is plenty of room on the property for a boat trailer and multiple cars.
This 2300 sq. ft two story home features 3 bedrooms and a loft with three beds (sleeps 13), and 2 full bathrooms. All linens (blankets/pillows/sheets/towels) are upscale and included. Perfect great room and kitchen for entertaining. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a festive dinner! Relax with a bubble bath in the beautiful jetted tub in the master bath or on the balcony viewing the lake. All you have to bring is your food, clothes, family and friends!
