Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and fold out couch for our Grandson worked well. Did not have any noise from neighbors in any direction and it was easy to get from the Signature buildings to the Strip, the Monorail and the MGM Grand. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at The Signature last weekend. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and having a balcony with such great views was definitely a highlight.The pool area was another major plus—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Everything about the stay was top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal room and location! The Tower pool was not busy at all compared to the MGM resort pool. Highly recommend enjoying the tower 2 and 3 pools. Balcony view was beautiful in the evening. Excellent host. Excellent room. I will definitely stay here again!

The unit was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was a bit of a walk to the strip hotels but it was nice to be away from the chaos. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that there was no resort fee. We would stay here again.

This 30th floor unit was in 1 of 3 buildings called "The Signature". It was an easy check in and the room was very clean with a great view. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I also liked that it was quiet and allowed for some good sleep at night. We would stay there again if we ever go back to Vegas.

The pool operating hours are controlled by the MGM Grand Hotel and casinos. We unfortunately have no control of the pool opening hours.

The balcony view was spectacular! We stayed during Christmas, and our family reunion. All amenities were as stated, including the bathroom spa (very nice especially after a long walk on the strip).

The room was very very nice. Shower was great along with the tub. Balcony view is absolutely breathtaking! Million dollar view! Mattress so comfortable I slept as good as I do at home. We had a wonderful vacation. Will definitely stay at MGM signature again hopefully same room.

Great stay!

We loved the view from our balcony, and our kids really enjoyed using the heated MGM grand pool and the lazy river. Would stay again when we are in Las Vegas!
