Vesna Luxe takes its name from Vesna, the Eastern European and Ukrainian symbol of spring, renewal, warmth, and beauty; a celebration of timeless elegance and inspired living. Perched on the 32nd-floor penthouse level at MGM Signature, this residence was remodeled in December 2025 and reimagined with a classic Old-School Las Vegas subtle sophistication.
As part of the renovation, the entire condo was freshly painted, with a carefully selected coordinated color palette that flows seamlessly through the furnishings and floor-to-ceiling blinds. This palette intentionally complements the black-and-white photography and artwork displayed throughout the condo, reinforcing the Sinatra/Elvis Vegas & Mad Men theme and creating a striking, timeless atmosphere.
All furnishings are brand new, including the high-end sofa (which also doubles as a comfortable sofa bed), end tables, coffee table, lamps, seating chairs, and bar stools. All lighting throughout the space has been fully upgraded, adding warmth, depth, and dramatic ambiance from day to night.
The primary bedroom features a brand-new king-size mattress and a private seating area perfectly positioned to enjoy sweeping Strip views, whether you're taking in the daylight or the glow of the city after dark. Hardwood flooring flows throughout, paired with plush, high-end linens, towels, and luxury-style amenities, delivered to the elevated standard guests expect from Casago Las Vegas.
At the heart of Vesna Luxe is its record player and curated vinyl collection. Guests are invited to spin some old-school records, pour or share a favorite beverage, settle in, and let the music set the tone for a night that feels unmistakably Vegas.
Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light by day, while the blinds offer full blackout capability for peaceful, restorative nights.
For entertainment beyond vinyl, enjoy a 75-inch TV in the main living area and a 50-inch TV in the bedroom, both equipped for state-of-the-art streaming services.
The kitchenette is fully stocked and thoughtfully equipped, ready to support nearly any meal during your stay, from quick mornings to relaxed evenings in.
Two full bathrooms make this condo perfect for more than two people or smaller families. The primary bathroom has both a walk-in shower and jetted spa tub with two full sinks on separate counters. The second bathroom is also nicely appointed with a walk-in shower.
The remodel and design were personally managed and curated by Casago Las Vegas co-owner and home designer, Ilona Melnichenko. Inspired by her background as a former professional choreographer and world champion, her creative vision brings rhythm, balance, and intention to every detail, resulting in a space that feels cinematic, expressive, and unmistakably refined.
