Gulf Shores - Directly on the Beach - Luxurious House for Families and Friends

Tuscan Villa is your home away from home! Come enjoy the beauty of the beach right out your backdoor and let yourself be pampered by the amenities of the home itself. The spacious 4 bedroom house has ample space for you and your family and friends!

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a large den, and a laundry room with an industrial sink. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/tub as well as plenty of closet space, cable TV, and DVD player. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and gorgeous beach views. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. This queen bedroom has ample space to accommodate children's floor palates and a crib/baby bed (available upon request). The den is equipped with a large TV, DVD player, lovely beach views, and a sleeper sofa. The balcony off of the first floor is a great place to relax and unwind on your way back up from the beach.

The top floor has a fully equipped kitchen with fabulous beach views! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as almost any kitchen tool you would need. The attached pantry allows you to store food out of sight. The dinning room seats 14 comfortably with room for more on the attached deck. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and watch and listen to the beach. The second floor den has surround sound TV, DVD, and CD player, and beach views. The second floor Master bedroom has a king size bed, lagoon view, and lovely bathroom with separate tub and shower. This bedroom also has plenty of room for additional sleepers (baby bed, kids on palates).

The luxurious amenities of Tuscan Villa also include a hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, wet bar, and many more you will discover during your stay.

The house and location are great and was perfect for our family! Only negative is the proximity to several larger beach houses that housed a bunch of college students for spring break which created an atmosphere that was not conducive to relaxing on the beach.

The house was just as it was advertised. It had a beautiful view of the ocean, a workable elevator, nice big dining table, clean and easy to sweep tile flooring, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, updated appliances. The only complaint is, both of our ice machines quit working while we were there!!

We had an amazing stay here, the location was great, the house was spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable vacation. The beach access and view was perfect, especially for the sunrises and sunsets. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer!

This house was amazing!! It had everything you could need, great space, it was clean, and there were great spaces to sit outside. It was right on the beach, super easy to get down to each day. This house is a treasure, we will be booking it again! The owners were wonderful and so was the property manager. Great experience booking this house!

There are endless beach activities to keep yourself busy, or just sit back and relax! There are numerous divine restaurants to choose from when wanting to eat out. And fabulous shopping is only minutes away! The addition of the OWA amusement park means no one is ever without something to do!
