Sand was all in the bath tubs and the floor was sandy. Beds are uncomfortable and bedding wasn’t great. Microwave was broken finally got a loaner on day 5. I was refunded cleaning fee that was nice. House is in a great location and with a little tlc could be a prime rental for sure
