About this property
Can't Bear to Leave
Can’t Bear to Leave is an escape from the ordinary! This luxury log cabin nestles on 1.5 acres of thickly wooded property, for ultimate privacy. You’re surrounded by nature’s beauty outside and indulgent amenities inside. Bring the whole family or a group of friends to relax and rejuvenate here: The spacious four-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin near Pigeon Forge has room for up to 14 guests.
Living Room
The main level is full of sunlight, flowing in through windows high in the soaring cathedral ceiling. The decor reflects the mountains’ bounty in natural materials throughout the cabin. Relish the richly stained wood paneling, handcrafted log furnishings, soft leathers and suedes, and trims crafted from river stones. Put your feet up on the plush sofa or kick back in a leather recliner. Soak up the warmth from the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Sip sweet tea while you watch movies, sports and shows on the flat-screen TV.
Kitchen
The freshly renovated kitchen is a gourmet delight, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. An extra-large, granite-topped counter divides the kitchen from the living area, creating the perfect spot for laying out a buffet or sitting to drink coffee. The Keurig coffee maker lets you make a fresh cup any time you like.
Dining
Hewn from logs, then finished for beauty and comfort, the dining table and chairs are examples of Appalachian artistry. The table seats six, beneath a unique chandelier formed from antlers. Need more dining space? A nearby cafe table seats two. The kitchen counter has seating for another three diners. With so much seating in the open living and dining areas, you can gather everyone for festive family meals.
Bedrooms
Can’t Bear to Leave offers two master bedrooms with comfortable king mattresses in rustic log frames. In one room, ceiling-height windows add warm light, while an in-room coffee maker adds hot java.
Two more bedrooms have queen-size log beds. Use the bedrooms’ ample storage so you can unpack, settle in and feel more at home. Flat-screen TVs in each sleeping space let everyone watch shows without disturbing anyone else. Why not stay up late to watch that series you’ve been meaning to see? You can sleep in tomorrow!
A bunk room adds more sleeping options. These generously sized bunks all have queen mattresses, for a total of two queen beds in one room.
The master bath has a wood-lined shower stall. Double sinks make getting ready quick and easy. The second full bath’s stone-lined shower stall is a spa-like treat and so is the jetted tub. There’s a convenient half bath, too.
Game Room
Kids of all ages will love the well-appointed game room in the cabin’s loft. Shoot pool or play foosball. Amaze the kids with your skills at Donkey Kong or Pac-Man, on the arcade game console loaded with classic video games. Jump into the driver’s seat and grab the steering wheel to conquer the “Off Road Challenge” driving game.
Bonus Living Room
Slip away to this lower-level retreat to read, nap or watch the flat-screen TV from the sofa or the leather recliner. This cozy space has its own stone fireplace, a wet bar with a sink, and a mini-fridge. Make popcorn, grab a beer or soda from the fridge and hold a family movie night here.
Outdoor Spaces
Three levels of covered decks open onto spectacular views of the forested property and the Smoky Mountains beyond. These decks are like outdoor living rooms, full of fresh air and birdsong! A bubbling hot tub is all yours, 24/7, so you can soothe your tired muscles whenever you want. Sit at the deck’s cafe table for alfresco dining or a game night under the stars. Play cornhole on the deck, or grill fresh mountain trout or locally raised chicken for supper.
