This might have been an off day: we checked in at about 4:45, the house had not been cleaned from the other visitors. The bathrooms had dirty used towels on the floors and they had not been cleaned, the beds were not made and the floors not swept. The cleaners came while we sat on the porch. One of the cleaning ladies warmed up some dinner and ate at the bar while others cleaned. They made the beds but kept the same comforters that were on the beds from the previous visitors. I had to request new comforters. They brought them to us but did not put them on. We asked for towels and the request was not answered. We went out and bought laundry detergent and washed the towels. But the cabin itself was great! Plenty of space for all 11 of us! Wished there was more space for the dogs to use but the walk up and down the hill was fun for our fur babies! We will be back!

Nice place definitely need pot holder's in kitchen and a couple of extra dish towels for a week's stay one dish towel wasn't enough to hand wash our dishes.

Great location. Quiet area. Floors needed cleaning, but host offered to come immediately to remedy. Host was also super helpful in helping us located baby gates for the stairs. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The cabin was very nice and had plenty of space to accommodate our big families. Everything was clean and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and equipment we needed to cook for each meal. The beds were surprisingly comfortable! Having a washer and dryer available was super nice and convenient. Only “complaint” is the basement or downstairs area doesn’t have a heater so those rooms were very cold! Otherwise everything was top tier for our stay!

The cabin was overall nice. Loved that each room had its own bathroom and that the air worked really well on all floors. Beds were comfy and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was convenient and the cabin is really close to the main strip. The ice maker was very slow and the water pressure is pretty low but the water did get very hot. The cabin is on a somewhat steep hill but not too bad. Check in process could have been better. The passcode wasn't sent prior and only trying to reach out through text was difficult as it was delayed so we were sitting outside the cabin trying to get in for ten minutes.

There was no extra bedding. We had extra pillows but no pillow cases so we weren’t able to use them. There were no extra blankets. We did purchase a cheap toaster which we left. A couple of hooks in the bathrooms would have been nice to hang things on.

Family getaway to the Smokies

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The check-in process was easy, and we had great communication with the host throughout. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable, easily accommodating our large group. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was convenient for shopping, activities, and food. Highly recommend!"

While this place was pretty, there was several things wrong. For starters when we first arrived 2/5 toilet seats were broken, second we had a moldy shower curtain, next no oven mitts and horrible coffee maker that was broke, and then we lost water for a whole day. Not to mention contacting host was a pain. We had to go and buy a lot of gallons of water. No one around us had this problem but us…. Another issue was bathrooms have no air circulation even with vents. We had to open windows. Now this had some nice things too, it’s a very pretty cabin but ya know. Parking was very tight, but manageable just be careful where you park. There wasn’t many towels in kitchen or a drying rack for dishes which suck but at least it was a dishwasher. Just know water pressure was terrible too. Again it’s a pretty cabin and beds are huge and comfy but there are some cons too. Host was nice enough to reimburse us for a day after we complained and asked. I guess it’s okay for the money but could definitely be better:)
