You can tell a lot of thought has been put into making the property an excellent stay whether for 1 night or many. Great location. Loved the trails just in the backyard, plus the hot tub.
Thank you for providing a wonderful weekend retreat. We loved everything about your place and are already looking forward to our next visit to Yucca Valley. Warm regards, Matt
Everything was great overall, but I deducted one star because the cleaners began recording us, which made us uncomfortable. We still had about 5 minutes before checkout, but they came in and started rushing us. We ended up leaving about 8 minutes late, and the whole situation felt very unprofessional.

Dominic and his larger than expected group were great. They were respectful and left the place clean. We appreciate hosting them.
House is excellent. Kind of place you want to just chill out in for a week, live someone else's life. Nice books, vinyl, and stereo. Great lighting. Owner has every possible coffee amenity available. Very private and surprisingly large ranch style home. M. Bed light switches are on the cords if you arrive after dark. Would be a great place to rent with a group and day hike the park all day then be able to shower, cool, and sleep well. Planning on renting again.
I am an Angeleno, born and raised in the Los Angeles area. I got into vacation rentals with my long time friend Shiloh. We have owned and managed this place for many years now and love it. We enjoy the interactions with our guests and love working on our house.
Why they chose this property
We chose the house more on the house than the neighborhood. We wanted something close to the Joshua Tree National Park but we also wanted a unique property. We certainly found it! We liked the vegetation and surrounding hillside view from our place. I certainly feels like a hideaway.
What makes this property unique
The house is nestled in the back half of our 1.25 acre property, which is full of Joshua Trees. I believe there are more than 25 trees on our property. It has a hillside view and is a great location to see stars at night.
