The place was lovely and great location. There are other guests in the different apartments but still lots of privacy. Short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrellas etc provided. Dog friendly and relaxing. I would suggest bringing extra towels as there was only one set per guest.

Great place and very close to beach, literally across the street. Pool is shared with the two other units on site but still private enough. Place was exactly as described and we would love to stay again.

The property is directly across the street from the beach. Beach entry access is available near both the right and left sides of the driveway, across the street, a short distance (about 10-15 yards from the end of the driveway). Most guests like our property because of the ease of access to the beach. To get closer to the beach on this island, one must rent a beachfront/beach-side-of-road property.

Very Nice Stay

Loved staying at Trout and the unit was as advertised. Easy walk across the street to the beach and we appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. Comfy stay and good value.

Close access to the beach and the kid loved the pool. Everyone was happy with location and accommodations. Friends that stopped by thought it was great as well.
