The unit is gorgeous, immaculately clean, and in a premier spot in town. It is well-equipped with everything we could possible need, including the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have stayed in. This would have been a five star review if the check in hadn’t been the worst we have ever experienced. We had to chase the instructions for the rental, and after confirming the process, arrived at the exact (after-hours) time we said we would. Nothing was ready. No access code or keys where we were told to look. We called, and the people were nice, but it took over half an hour to get everything we needed for access, and after a long travel day, it really started the trip off poorly. Additionally, staff thought it was fine to tell us they couldn’t get us a garage access card the first night. Given we had a car full of luggage and there was no parking anywhere near the building, that was something we had to ask for, and were made to feel it was an unreasonable request. If the staff can streamline their processes, we will absolutely stay here again.

I will do my best to make sure this does not happen again. I am glad that the security guard was able to give you the garage pass when he met you to help you check in. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best managers they run it so well and are so nice. Location can’t be beat. Gotta say it was the least comfortable/cheap mattress (and pillows) I’ve ever slept on in about 1000 hotel stays. I would strongly suggest they invest a little back into the mattresses as it would improve the experience 100x. Otherwise terrific.
