Very clean 2 bedroom condo. On site pool use is free. Large Marina, 27 hole golf course, fitness center, 12 pickleball courts, 4 tennis courts. Gated community. 10 miles from Punta Gorda or Cape Coral/Ft. Myers. Gulf beaches just 1/2 hour away.
