Palms at Wailea #802 this spacious, tranquil 1022 sq ft unit is very spacious & comfortable. It’s fully furnished with travertine tile floors throughout the unit, has an expansive living room with ocean breezes and ceiling fans, a beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen with all the essential utensils & kitchen tools, a dining area, a master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a large 289 sq ft tiled outdoor patio. Dining outdoors on the patio is a must! - with 2 lounge chairs and a dining table, you can dine while enjoying the cool Maui breeze, surrounded by the immaculate garden grounds and a view of the ocean. The master bedroom comes equipped with a Cal King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a master bathroom, and air conditioning. Wonderful ocean and sunset views from the second floor unit and can sleep 3.
Same-day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Return visit to Palms at Wailea as we love the area, and enjoy having the kitchen facilities & lanai with ocean views. The facility was clean and well kept, and kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was quite comfortable. Beaches can be walked to [if you don't mind carrying your beach chairs (provided)], or are easily accesible by 5 minute drive downhill. The boardwalk is a wonderful way to start each day, and the pool is a nice relaxing place to close out beach days.One does need to know that the door knobs and electrical outlets are low, apparently built that way intentionally in the 90's. Not an issue, but hadn't noticed that before.

We have stayed at other units in the co plex and this by far is our favourite. The location provides, easy access, ocean views, and is quiet. The condo is well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen. The bedroom is spacious and has great storage. The condo is within walking distance to the beach. A short drive away you will find a variety of restaurants and shopping. Wailea is our preferred location on the island and #802 The Palms at Wailea is the perfect place to enjoy your Maui vacation.

Good location but room for improvement

Place was clean and had the basics but it smells moldy.. the couch was not giving the sense of cleanliness and it was smelly. There is no AC they have unit AC in the bedroom

Awesome Unit

We’ve stayed at this property once before and loved it. Unit 802 had an amazing view, was very clean & comfortable and provided a great place for some R&R. The beach is a short walk and shopping and restaurants are close. We will definitely stay in 802 again.

Relax at The Palms

We had a wonderful two weeks at The Palms. The unit is very well appointed and clean. It is located in a quiet area on the property and has a wonderful view. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai - what a great way to start and end your day. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are a bonus - went to the beach every morning to walk, read and relax. We have stayed at The Palms many times and would definitely book this condo again. Thank you, Rachel, for all of the updates - the information was very much appreciated. We hope to return next year.

Heavenly Palms of Wailea Vacation

We traveled to Maui for vacation and to attend our friend’s wedding (wedding was eventually cancelled due to the fires). Rachel, the owner, was in communication with us the entire time and we can’t thank her enough. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Being on the second level we had dinner on the lanai watching the sunset over the ocean almost every evening and breakfast in the mornings. It had a well stocked kitchen and BBQ. Great beach equipment for snorkeling, boogie boarding, and umbrella. We had mixed emotions being there with the devastation at Lahaina and out of respect, only stayed in southern portion of the island and help the locals wherever we could. We will definitely stay at this unit again and can’t wait to come back for better circumstances. We highly recommend this condo! Kihei, Wailea, Upcountry, and East Side Paia to Hana all need your business especially now and are completely open and unaffected. 🌺 Mahalo 🌺

Lovely apartment. Spacious and comfortable except for a couple of things…Master bed softer than I would like. Foldout couch I think would be good for your kids. I slept on couch cushions on the floor. Not bad. Property manager was very helpful sorting out the light switches and always answered our questions promptly. Thank you! !

Glorious

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures showed. The beach was a short drive away. The pool was great. We had no complaints at all. We knew going in that the main area didn’t have AC but we opened windows and let the cross breeze do its thing. The only thing I would suggest would be to have another fan. We moved the fan from the bedroom to the living room in the evenings. Over all wonderful experience. Would totally book this again.

A week in paradise

This property was perfect for a week in Wailea. We spent nearly every night on the lanai watching the sunset. The size was ideal. The kitchen just the right size and well stocked. The location was nearby our favorite walks on polo beach and right in between Wailea and Kihei dining options. Even the TV situation was great. Thank you, Rachel, for such an awesome property and a springboard to wonderful memories.

The Palms at Wailea

Our stay here had all the comforts of home. We used the grill, the kitchen and beach towels and chairs that were provided a lot. Everything was set up nicely. Rachel made everything easy as far as getting set up and sent a text to let us know we could contact her if there were questions. It was easy to get around to shops and the beach from this location as well. I’m going to miss having my coffee with a view every morning. Thank you Rachel, your place is wonderful.

Fantastic, Quiet, Well-Equipped Property

My husband and I have been traveling to Maui (and Wailea specifically) for decades and always stayed at an adjacent property that did not have any available condos. We were delighted to stay in this fantastic, quiet, and well-equipped condo at Palms in Wailea. Rachel was incredibly accessible and very helpful and warm in her communications. We did not find the one AC in the bedroom as a minus at all. We slept super comfortable and when we hung out in the living room, we loved to open up the windows and create a delicious cross breeze. NIghtly drinks on the lanai were a plus, and all the thoughtful extras in the condo were very much appreciated. We will be back!

The home is beautiful, up to date and well stocked with anything you could imagine. Located close to beach and shops and restaurants! I would definitely stay here again , host was quickly available if I had any questions. I traveled alone and felt very safe.

great place

Bonus: it included some beach gear like towels, chairs, umbrella and a set of snorkel gear. Only surprising downside was the AC unit is in the bedroom and can only be used to cool that space so during the afternoon it could get warm, although opening the windows and letting the breeze pass through made it OK. I believe this is mostly a standard setup for many condos in the area, it was just a little unexpected. Other than that the place was great.
