This property has so much character. It’s eclectic and beautiful at the same time. No need to go anywhere. Very relaxing and restorative. We will definitely be back.

Another incredible stay at Kingsley Grist Mill! The property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Time on this private property with only the sound of soothing cascading falls leaves us wanting to never leave! Ron and Linda are attentive and helpful. Their attention detail with the local- sourced breakfasts is so special! What a joy way to stay here!

Amazing stay with even better hosts. Ron and Linda do a great job running the mill and creating a comfortable stay for guests. From the history and details of the mill, to the views from every window, to breakfast each morning, to DJ Ron's music happy hour, our family had a wonderful two day stay to this property. Highly recommend.

This rental is a once in a lifetime experience that touched all of our senses. The beauty of the area is incredible, the history of the home is enlightening, the hosts are incredible between their communication and making you feel at home. Linda's art is featured throughout the home along with other art and antiques. Every corner you turn you find something new. Up to the time I left, I was sitting there and noticed a rocking horse tucked away in the original construction. The view from the decks are ever changing and no sound machine needed- the sound of the river rocked me to sleep. Last but best was Ron's concert with his beloved LP''s and music system. Listening to his stories of the music and artists was educating and soul touching. You have to experience it to feel it. The time around the fire pit in the rest house with our family was a bonus. Hope to be back soon as our son's live in the area. All the best- Marie

Like staying in your own museum. Amazing transition of this historical place. Ron and Linda are amazing hosts. Once in a lifetime vacation spot. The river is beautiful and refreshing. The vinyl concert is a must! Let Ron know you're in as soon as you arrive.

Extraordinary Location and Hosts

The gristmill is a very unique place! It is surrounded by a breath-taking natural area, and the building has been lovingly restored and has so many interesting details to explore. We had an amazing time checking out both our comfortable accommodations and the very fun and beautiful river. Not only is the Kingsley Gristmill property truly spectacular, but the hosts are beyond super hosts. Ron and Linda anticipate everything you would need- They provide a delicious breakfast each morning, tubes for floating in the river, and make excellent recommendations about food and activities in the area, all while maintaining your privacy. Do not hesitate to book a stay! We hope to return, and we will definitely take Ron up on a concert. He was kind enough to show us his extensive vinyl collection and the sound quality on his sound system is unbelievable.
