Important camera note Your current description says cameras are inside the common lobby, second-floor lobby, and third-floor lobbies. Before keeping that on Vrbo, I would verify whether Vrbo allows indoor cameras in shared/common areas for your property type. If not, those cameras should be disabled for Vrbo bookings or removed from guest-accessible indoor areas. For Vrbo-safe listing language, I would only use: No indoor cameras or recording devices are located inside guest accommodations, bedrooms, bathrooms, or private interior guest spaces. Exterior cameras may monitor entrances, parking areas, driveway areas, and shared outdoor access points. Noise monitoring devices may measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.

Truly million dollar views as promised! Superb location…close to what you want and away from everything you don’t. Well stocked. We enjoyed seeing a friendly frog, over 20 wild turkeys and 1 naughty juvenile bear. Highly recommend! We hope to return soon!
The view was great. You must be able to carry your luggage 200 feet across a broken flagstone path to reach the property. You must navigate by flashlight at night. Nice, private location but not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Could use some updating.
Cabin was immaculate in cleanliness and as shown in the photos. Check-in/out process was super easy. The only thing we found wrong was that the doors to the deck were a tad sticky, and deck/ chairs were in need of a bit of TLC. Nothing in the least that would stop us from booking with Laurel Valley again. Be prepared for natural visitors. We had a copperhead on the walkway, and a little lizard who was very curious as to what we were doing. As for the rest of the property, it seemed a bit ran down or in need of some maintaining. Pathway to the cabin was clear, but some stones were loose. Greenhouse was in dismay as well. Again, nothing that would stop us from booking, just constructive criticism. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!
