My name is Tonya Bledsoe & I am the broker/owner at Smoky Mountain realty. I live approximately 40 minutes from Townsend, TN. I am a native of east TN & love the mountains. I fell in love with Townsend several years ago & hope to retire to this community someday. Why they chose this property

We use to rent cabins a lot in Laurel Valley & really enjoyed the beautiful golf course. We started looking to buy & chose this one for the views & the fact that it is easy to get to. There's no big hills going into it & sets on a fairly level lot & that's hard to find in the mountains. so there's no need to worry in the winter.

What makes this property unique

We love to golf & spend time at the creek. Townsend is like a whole different world. It is so peaceful here but close to the busy cities when you need them.
