Casa Vista Tranquila is a 5 bedroom newly built home designed and created as a warm and inviting atmosphere. This casa is the perfect place for the whole family to unwind together, along with plenty of space to recharge when alone time with a good book is called for.

Featuring a transitional style, the decor is a blend of contemporary design and classic architecture. Large windows welcome an abundance of natural light and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. This cream-colored villa elegantly pairs natural materials with modern touches, including tile floors, stone accents, wooden furnishing, plants, and soft furnishings. Massive mirrors welcome you in at the foyer, an ideal place to capture selfies with the family.
The home is spread across four levels, each offering a unique experience that caters to your every need. Two of the five bedrooms are outfitted with walk-in closets and sit-down vanities. Outside, the BBQ area and numerous patios offer plenty of space to eat, drink, and enjoy your time in the tropics. After the sun sets, the heated pool and hot tub are illuminated with light to create a soft ambiance under the star-filled night sky.
