Nick and I (Amanda) grew up and currently reside in Trumansburg, NY. So the Fingerlakes are all we know! We love being outside and enjoying the local winery and eateries with beautiful views, spending time with our kids, and family.
Why they chose this property
Living in the Fingerlakes, we always dreamt of living on the lake. That dream became a reality a year ago when we purchased this home! When looking for the perfect lake house, we wanted something convenient to our current home and right on the water. We got lucky with extra enjoyable neighbors!
What makes this property unique
What is most unique is this is one of the oldest houses on Cayuga lake, built in the 1800s. This house has kept its charm, however, has been updated with modern conveniences. The best and most unique trait of this house is the fact that it is RIGHT on the water. You can walk through the lush grass onto the beach and straight into the water, no stairs once you are down at the house! It has beautiful views any way you look.
