We're two childhood friends who had the crazy idea of buying a lakehouse together.

I'm Eric, I am who you will primarily be communicating with. Together, with my partner Justin, we make up PapiBNB.

This house is years in the making. We've always dreamed about having an escape away from the East Coast pace where we could just relax and unwind, even for a long weekend. After years of planning, we were finally able to do it.

We agonized about every detail of this home to make it feel like a home away from home for us. A place we would want to personally stay. No detail too small. If you saw what this home looked like before we bought it, you wouldn't believe it.

Now a days, we just hope it's a stay you will never forget.

Newly renovated home designed with you in mind. We designed every corner of this home to fit the needs of our guest. And we're constantly improving. Open spaces and fun communal outside area make this a great place to stay. We are close to the lake and downtown Ithaca. Unit 1 is truly a special apartment.
