Townhouse in a family condominium with paved streets 400 meters from the beach to enjoy with family and friends. (Cibratel II). Total security with electric fence and monitoring. Automated gate.
The townhome has 2 bedrooms (ceiling fan and air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), bathroom, dining table for 6 people, lounge, kitchen, 2 car garage. Ceiling fans in the living and dining room.
In the suite we have a bunk bed and a double bed (4 persons). In the room we have 2 more bunk beds (4 people). Sleeps 8 comfortably.
All furnished, including kitchen utensils (microwave and blender), plus a fixed barbecue. There is 150 meters from the place a market, cafe, newsagent, etc.
You need to bring only bed linen (single / double) and bath, plus pillows and consumables.
A 15 minute drive from the center of Itanhaém, where you will find everything you need (banks, supermarkets, shops, fairs, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.)
