O apartamento é maravilhoso, fui com a minha família e a localização é ótima, tem tudo perto. De noite tem a feirinha que fica a 10 minutos caminhando. O mercado é do lado, eu fui de ônibus e adorei por que tudo é muito próximo e não precisa de carro pra resolver as coisas. Tirei todas as minhas dúvidas com a locatária Elenice, ela sempre muito atenciosa e me deu todo o suporte. Recomendo muito e conserteza vou alugar novamente.

Simples, mas completo

Gostamos muito do imóvel, acomodou muito bem dois casais e uma bebê de 1 ano e meio. Possui ventiladores de teto na sala e quartos (o que não aparece nas fotos), mas não são muito potentes para o calor que está fazendo. Os banheiros estavam apenas com as luzes do espelho funcionando, o que dificultava um pouco a visão à noite, mas não foi nada que atrapalhasse muito. A localização é ótima, dá para ir andando até o centro e tem um mercado na mesma rua.

O apartamento é muito limpo, organizado e espaçoso. A cozinha possui todos os utensílios que precisamos. A vista é pro mar, próximo a mercado, farmácia e pizzaria. Somos no carnaval. Lindo apartamento, grande, aconchegante e em frente a praia com um vista incrível para o mar. A proprietária dona Elenice foi um amor de pessoa tirou todas nossas dúvidas e foi super atenciosa. Nos arredores do imóvel tem tudo que precisamos, desde supermercados, farmacias, bares e a feirinha de Mongagua que bomba durante a noite. Recomento e com certeza iremos voltar com a minha familia
