No issues except communication

The property itself was fine. The house was nice and met our needs sufficiently. The only real issue we had was the check in/communication process with the property manager. The property manager told us that it was VRBO's responsibility to send check in instructions but that was not the case once we called VRBO support to get help

I’m sorry for the inconvenience at the time of checking in and I apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding. At the time of your checking in I was waiting on VRBO to unlock my account because they had me restricted due to cancellation. These cancellation had to be done because my property is listed on other platforms and it conflicted with VRBO. The VRBO support team only called me 20 minutes after you was at the property and I immediately addressed the information to you via text
