Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please place all bagged trash in the black bins outside. If your stay includes Thursday night, please place bins at the end of the driveway for Friday pickup.
Please wash and put away any used dishes. Wipe kitchen surfaces and leave the home in generally tidy condition.
Before leaving, turn off all lights, return TV remotes behind each TV, cover the pool table, close curtains, and lock the door with the keypad only (leave bottom door handles unlocked).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A beautiful home. We loved our stay. The house was great, super clean and plenty of space for our group. The outdoor area was perfect for just hanging out and enjoying the beautiful weather. This house will definitely go on our visit again list!

We were in town for a funeral and this was the perfect place for our extended family. Beautifully decorated, lots of room and extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood provided a very peaceful environment.
