Space was clean and it was very nice to have most everything we needed for our toddler there. Very helpful to have the beach gear as well.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! The rental was clean, had everything we needed, including beach essentials and our host,Kyle, even got us a cooler! But location was the icing on the cake- we could walk to all of the best restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. Kyle was easy to get in touch with and answered questions in a matter of minutes!

The location is nice and convenient. The beds and kitchenware need to be updated, they are past useful life. Hot water fluctuated based on toilets flushing in the building. Floors need to be mopped, babies clothes were getting dirty crawling.

The location is fantastic. Less the five minute walk to beach and to the village. The property is well equipped with everything one would need for a beach stay. The kitchen was also well equipped to cook if needed. Really everything that is needed is provided on this property. The owner was very responsive on text. The complex is older. And with any older property there is wear and tear. There was an issue with the shower knob in the master bath and a maintenance worker came right away and fixed it and acknowledged the issue was with the knob. It did put a bit of a damper on the trip though as I felt the communication with the owner could have been coming from seeking to understand versus feeling like we were being accused of breaking something. Other than that, I would recommend this property to friends and family.
