This completely renovated unit in the Sunset Royale is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the world famous sands of Siesta Beach. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with sweeping, unobstructed 180 degree views of Siesta Key Beach and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sand of Siesta Key beach is less than 50 feet from the front entrance of this recently renovated building. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is provided to prepare your beachfront view meals. For those who prefer their meals out, the restaurants and nightlife of Siesta Key village are less than a mile walk away. The free Siesta Breeze Trolley gives you access to the village and the entire island from the convenient stop right in front of the building. Boat, jet ski, parasailing and paddle board rentals are also close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, a cooler, and a cart to carry them in are also provided for your trips to the beach. Just bring your swimsuit and sandals, and enjoy this little piece of paradise. When choosing accommodations for your Siesta Key holiday, do not settle for no views, long walks to the beach, or crowded parking lots. We have been coming to Siesta Key for 20 years, and have not found a better overall location or view of Siesta Beach than you will have from Sunset Royale 312!

Open view to the beach. Was a little concerned when we saw that the lanai was enclosed but it was perfect, providing a great view in comfort. Right across from the beach, half mile to pickleball, one mile to town and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

1. The View - When it comes to view, few places I have been on Siesta Key match the view of Siesta Key Beach & the Gulf.

2. It's all new! Everything in this unit was replaced when it was purchased and replaced with modern decor, new appliances, linens, dishes & utensils.

3. Closest location to Siesta Key Beach. The building fronts the widest and closest section to Beach Road of Siesta Key Beach. No parking lots to look over, just sand and water.

4. Close to the village. With less than a mile stroll you can be in the heart of Siesta Key Village and take advantage of its shops, restaurants and nightlife.

5. While at the beach, your bathroom is closer than the public restroom, much cleaner, and way less crowded.

6. You can attend multiple weddings from the lanai without an invitation or having to buy a gift.

7. You can hear the drum circle by opening the lanai windows.

8. From the lanai it feels like you are on the beach even when you are not on the beach.

9. It's cheaper than the closest hotel to the beach and way roomier and nice.

10. If you can't watch the famous Siesta Key sunsets from the beach, you can watch them with a glass of wine from the comfort of your lanai chair.
