The villa itself located at the most quiet part of the island near Lia beach with stunning views to the south and 7 other Aegean islands.

The organic nature of the property can be seen in the sculpted Mykonian architecture, in the grace and fluidity of hand-smoothen surfaces, the special hand-crafted marble sinks and bowls from Tinos, and the simple use of colour reflecting earth, air and sea.

On the ground floor, the curvaceous hallway leads into a spacious open-plan living area, indoor dining area, and a stylish kitchen. This is a delightful, airy space with double-height ceiling and plenty of windows with views out over the sea. From the main verandah situated just off this room, the entire panorama of Lia Bay unfolds before you.

The master bedroom is situated on the ground level. This has an ensuite bathroom with sunken bath perfectly placed to bathe whilst gazing over miles of deep, blue sea. Doors from the bedroom lead out onto a private verandah – a perfect place to take in the beauty of the surroundings. Curvaceous steps lead to the upper level where there is an amazing bedroom suite with access to an outside balcony with panoramic views. The luxurious bathroom including a spectacular shower section with two separate showers adds to the drama.

At the lower level are an additional 3 double large bedrooms .The first bedroom features an impressive wooden, Mykonian four-poster double bed, and an extra single, ideal for a couple with a child. Through the hallway is a bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.

The outside spaces are magical – to be discovered and unfolded via little pathways and through the natural planting. There is a marvellous outdoor dining area with built-in benches running the length of the walls with a pergola to provide shade, a great barbeque for preparing the food, and always the incredible views over Lia Bay. The pool terrace is below hidden amongst the natural bamboo – a calm, protected and quiet place to swim, sunbathe and enjoy the view of the sparkling sea. The ‘Loggia’ with its piles of cushions lining the built-in benches provides a lovely place to relax.

The property is located on Lia Bay – one of the quietest and most unspoilt areas of Mykonos, which for some years has been a designated area of ‘outstanding natural beauty’. There are two off the beaten track beaches to explore by foot with wonderful sand and surrounded by nature. Mykonos Town is not too far – about 18 mins by car. The village of Ano Mera with shops and tavernas is only about a 10 min drive away.
