Welcome to our warm and comfortable log cabin townhome at the bottom of The Canyons access of Park City Mountain Resort. Awesome runs, fantastic powder, 7300 acres of ski-able terrain in the US's largest ski/snowboard resort. The Canyons side of PCMR -- which spans nine mountains -- is known for the best backcountry and off-piste terrain in the area. Because if its size and 20+ lifts, it never has long lift lines. This is the resort of choice for locals, and the Cabriolet (open air people-mover) is only a short walk away.
Our unit is one of the few truly owner-operated units at Timberwolf Lodge. We go above and beyond to make you want to make our place your group's go-to vacation spot.
It is also a 10-minute drive from Park City Mountain Resort; 15 from Deer Valley (no snowboarders allowed at DV!), and is on the free bus route.
The 16th hole of the Canyons Golf Course is also just beyond the trees.
Great dining and shopping are less than 10 minutes in either direction -- Old Town in Park City or the newer family-oriented Kimball Junction and Tanger Outlets just off I-80. A two-minute drive gets you to the Canyons Village or the Waldorf Astoria.
Our townhome has two spacious master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and TVs. Each room has a private, full jacuzzi bathroom. The master has a king bed and a 42" TV; the other has one queen and one twin bed with a 40" TV.
You'll find a gas fireplace downstairs in front of a comfy leather couch that makes into a queen bed. There is a huge 50" SmartTV in the family room, and you can use it to access Pandora, Netflix, Vudu, Facebook, YouTube and a bunch of other apps. There is also a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Free broadband WiFi is included (though there is no phone service.)
The unit has underground parking for one with a private entrance from the garage. There are additional parking spaces outside.
Two large shared hot tubs are right outside the front door.
This is not just a rental unit for us; it's our second home. We use it often and have taken care to appoint it and stock it for comfort and ease. Our goal is for you to feel right at home on your off-off-piste days so that you'll make our townhome your favorite place to vacation, year after year.

We loved our stay! The location for access to the Canyons Cabriolet was ideal. We enjoyed being right by the hot tub. The cabin has plenty of space and was very well stocked with essentials.
Location is very close to Park City Mountain. The place is well kept and was great for a weekend with friends. More than enough room to fit everyone comfortably.
Cozy getaway with easy access to the slopes and town. Prompt and easy communication with the management company in coordinating our visit and logistics. Very much enjoyed our stay.
We love the Timberwolf Lodges, and this unit was just perfect. It is so incredibly organized and well equipped with everything - you will find absolutely anything and everything you might need. The owner was always super responsive and friendly in our communications. Love the 2 beds in the 2nd room for our boys. Cozy and just the perfect location....will be back for sure!

Awesome location and super comfortable
The townhouse exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are looking to spend time at The Canyons or other Park City resorts. Great shopping and restaurants are very close. It was also very easy to reach from Salt Lake City Airport.

This condo was perfect for our family. Very comfortable rooms and fireplace to warm up after a day of skiing, hot tub outside the door was an added bonus, and the kitchen was well equipped. We walked to the Cabriolet lift and took the PC transit to old town - both easy to do. Owner is wonderful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
It was just my husband and our adult son and we had a lovely time. The unit location near the jacuzzi was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace was warm and cozy.

We enjoyed a fun week at Canyons!
This property was fantastic for our needs.
Nice layout, fun decor, had everything we needed.
We cooked most of our meals at the property - the kitchen was well equipped.
Location is great - we were able to walk to the cabriolet lift using the path between properties.

We have stayed in TimberWolf for 4 years in a row. This unit was great, Owner provided more useful tips and help than the other units we stayed at. Unit is only a 15 foot walk to the community hot tubs, a bonus when it only 25 degrees out!
We stayed almost a month and found the unit to be very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has high end appliances and is equipped with all a home cook could want. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, neighborhood was attractive. And, Delin is probably the most accommodating host we've ever had.

We had plenty of room with 5 adults. Kitchen was great and stocked as we made dinner every night. Hot tub was super close which was nice. We did not walk to the Cabriolet we drove. too far for us. Would go back as it was a great price.
My family had a great time visiting Park City. This unit was perfect for us (a family of 4 including two preteens). Lots of space and yet close to everything. We drove each day to parking lot for skiing, which is only about a half mile away and took lift to slopes. My husband and son walked from lift to unit a few days as well (boarder boots are easier to walk in than ski boots!). Hot tube right in front of our unit was icing on the cake! We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. Super well appointed and laid out, and extremely well stocked. Location is perfect, a three min drive to the Cabriolet at the base of the Canyons (probably walkable in the spring/summer/fall, but not so much in ski boots). If we had to make one minor bit-pickey recommendation it would be to provide a remote for the garage - as it is, you have to get out of the car each time punch in the code to open the garage door,l, you can’t do it drive-thru style and it’s at the top of a small incline which in winter weather is a bit annoying. But to be clear this is a super small detail and nothing that impacts our overall high satisfaction with the property. We would 100% rent here again.

Short walk to Cabriolet lift in quiet neighborhood
Nice townhome. Comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs a little small for larger group but good enough for 4 adults like us. Kind of hard to hang out in small living room. Needs a few more chairs.
Hosts are great and very responsive.
Hot tubs needed better cleaning. One was out of order. The other a little dirty.

Thanks for staying! I apologize that one of the resort's two hot tubs was out of commission during your stay. There was a problem with the electrical breaker but it has been repaired and both hot tubs are now functioning properly. I have contacted the community's property manager about the area needing to be thorough cleaning. That will be taken care of immediately. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and we hope you come back and stay with us again!
My family of 4 had a wonderfully relaxing ski trip thanks to the Timberwolf Lodge. The owner makes everything extremely easy and convenient. The location is good, right by Canyons Village. Although we drove everywhere due to the snowfall, we were a max of 15 minutes to any destination. We appreciated the nice ski lodge decor, the well stocked kitchen, and the easy access to the hot tubs! The owner encourages a nice system of “use some, leave some” (my paraphrase) for food, spices, oil, etc in the pantry, which was very convenient. They were also very responsive to any question and make the whole process super simple. We found the size perfect for 4. I wouldn’t go more than 5 people here. I also found the incline to the garage a little tricky in the snow. All in all, we recommend and would stay here again without hesitation.
The unit has good-sized and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, with lots of storage space and small but well-appointed kitchen. Garage was great. Insulation in unit not very good. The heating was spotty, especially downstairs, and more than a few lights needed new bulbs. Also need to redo light switches - not all worked. Carpet going upstairs could use redo. Sliding door to balcony did not open. Beds were very comfy but on final night, fitted sheet ripped. Manager was very responsive to questions, even on weekend evenings.

I am sorry you had an experience that was less than stellar. We pride ourselves on excellent service and outstanding accommodation.
As the owner, I am available 24/7 and I have local staff standing by to take care of any problems, big or small. It is important to us that you know we would have addressed each of these issues immediately had we been made aware of them.
Please know that our unit has always held heat well and our building’s boiler was recently updated, but we will look into this immediately to make sure the new system is working properly.
Also, we have one set of lights that is controlled by two switches. One switch is labeled “always leave on” because if it is off, the other switch won’t work. Perhaps that explains why some of the lights/bulbs didn’t work for you.
Lastly, the sliding glass door has a safety bar at the very bottom that must be removed before the door will open.
Once again, we apologize for these issues and thank you for bringing them to our attention. Thanks for being an awesome guest!

Great Value, super convenient to The Canyons
Owners were very pleasant to work with and made our trip/stay super easy; unit is well kept and nicely equipped. We like to consider ourselves value shoppers, so the age/condition of the condominium complex in combination with its proximity to the Cabriolet and the Red Pine Gondola (The Canyons Ski Resort) made it the best value we could find during our search for accommodations. You could certainly walk to the Cabriolet from this unit if you like, not a stones throw, but no hike either (we had a car, used the free parking at the Cabriolet). Shuttle stop to downtown Park City is literally a stones throw. This unit is adjacent to the hot tubs which was nice when having to make the cold walk to/from and we didn’t notice any issues with noise when in use by neighbors.
Only critiques we could make is that the underground garage can be difficult to maneuver an SUV in when multiple cars are parked; the door, turn radius are tight and there didn’t appear to be a ton of surface parking around the complex (we managed fine though and that clearly has nothing to do with the owners of the unit, that’s a developer/architect issue). Additionally, the TVs in the unit could serve to be updated from the existing small tube TVs to larger flat panel TVs, and their position on the wall in the bedrooms should be lowered, they were awkwardly high in our opinion.
Great stay and place though; we would certainly stay in the unit again and recommend the same to friends.

I'm pleased to say the TVs have been updated for the 2012/2013 season. We now have a 50" flat panel with wifi and apps in the main living area, a 42" flat panel with a Roku internet device in the master bedroom and a 32" flat panel in the second master. The TVs in the bedrooms have also been re-mounted to lower, better viewing positions.

Why they chose this property
We love snowboarding at The Canyons side of Park City Mountain Resort. It's much bigger and less crowded than the PC side and has more varied off-piste terrain. It has wonderful runs for the kids so there is something for everyone. The Waldorf Astoria, with its fine dining and wonderful spa treatments, is a two-minute drive away.
We chose Timber Wolf because there is nothing like being in a warm log cabin while the snow falls outside. But let's face it -- we also feel spoiled there.
