Welcome to your beautifully updated 650 sq ft mountain getaway, perfect for your Park City adventure!

The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, featuring light wood floors, a cozy gas fireplace, and a comfortable maroon sofa that converts to a bed. Relax in one of the two mid-century modern leather armchairs after a day of exploring. Slide open the glass doors to your private, covered patio, complete with a grill for an evening meal.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with light wood cabinetry and white appliances, making meal prep a breeze. For your convenience, the condo includes an in-unit, stacked Bosch washer and dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* **Primary Bedroom**: A relaxing space with a comfortable king-size bed.
* **Living Room**: A queen-size sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two.

The updated bathroom features a vanity with a granite countertop and a clean, modern shower-tub combination.

* The clubhouse and amenities typically close for maintenance during the shoulder seasons (late April to late May and from Labor Day until the ski season opens).
* Winter hours for the clubhouse and pools are generally 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
* Winter amenities include the heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and dry sauna.

CANYONS VILLAGE CONNECT SERVICE
Complimentary on-demand guest transportation is available at this property, courtesy of the free Canyons Village Connect service. Use the Canyons Village Connect app to request direct-to-door rides to and from the ski base and Canyons Village destinations. Service is available during ski season dates of operation from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This property was above our expectations. I even want to know where they bought their towels and linen because it was the best. I have 2 properties in Atlanta and plan to improve my properties after staying here. The host called me back immediately when I had questions about ski lift tickets, rentals, and info on the area. He sent a detailed list of suggested for the week. I was very impressed. The pool hot tub sauna clubhouse was next to our unit, so it was very convenient.And then next to that was tennis and pickleball courts. Plenty to do in the area even if u do not ski! We plan to return and want to stay at the same place unless all the fam comes. It was the best. Thank you for having us. Don & Lisa
