Great for hiking, swimming, canoeing, big family meals and a wood burning fireplace in living room for cozy evening! Star Lake has a grocery store within 20 minutes, a cafe, pharmacy, and post office nearby."

This cottage is lakeside and the dock is only shared with us who live higher up the hill.

Why they chose this property

Lake is excellent swimming and fishing. Canoes and kayaks are provided. Outside boats are discouraged as the lake has no invasive species at present and we want to keep it as one of only a few in the Adirondacks that are invasive free.

What makes this property unique

No houses on either side. Gorgeous views of the lake. Situated within a private compound with a very private site.
