Lovingly managed by the owners, we call this property Porte 22, after its distinctive front door and house number. Porte 22 is also your culinary base in Pézenas: gather fresh, seasonal produce from the local markets and prepare a leisurely meal in the custom-designed kitchen.

Porte 22 is a non-smoking townhouse located on the first floor of our three-storey home, reserved exclusively for holiday guests. If you appreciate wooden beams, exposed interior stone, original floor tiles, and being just steps from the town centre and weekly market, you will feel immediately at home here.

Layout: approx. 100 m² / 1100 sq ft; two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests. Highlights include a private, sun-drenched roof terrace for your exclusive use, secure on-site parking, air conditioning, a custom French kitchen fully equipped for home cooking, locally sourced furnishings, high-quality linen, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, TV, games, and a generous welcome basket featuring local products.

Once you have settled in, we are happy to welcome you in person and share as much local knowledge about Pézenas and the surrounding region as you wish.

Fancy exploring the area by bike? Three bicycles are available to discover the surrounding vineyards and countryside.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Recycling containers (glass, paper, plastic) are located halfway to the SuperU supermarket.
If any towels or linens are damp, please leave them separately from the dry ones.
Please return all keys by placing them in the mailbox built into the green garage doors on the ground floor (to the right of the main entrance).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
