Notre séjour à été très agréable dans une maison spacieuse, tout équipée, avec wifi, dans un lotissement très calme. Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Nous avons pu arriver en début d'après-midi ce qui est très appréciable pour débuter les vacances !La piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir. Le jardin est aussi très agréable avec la présence de 2 poules qui nous ont permis d'avoir quelques oeufs frais ! Les enfants ont adoré. Nous avons pu garder de la fraîcheur dans la maison malgré la canicule. Seul petit bémol, la chaleur dans les chambres à l'étage malgré plusieurs ventilateurs. Le centre ville de pezenas est à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Nous avons pu profiter de la mer à 25 minutes et du lac du salagou à une vingtaine de kilomètres.

Es war eine tolle Zeit.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Haus von Nicolas und es war eine großartige Zeit. Der Platz war für unsere 5-köpfige Familie mehr als ausreichend. Pool und Garten laden zum Erholen ein. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns im Vorfeld etwas sorgen gemacht, war aber letztlich auch bei starker Hitze kein Problem. Es gibt genügend Ventilatoren und wenn man darauf achtet, tagsüber die Fenster zu schließen ist es in der Wohnung kühl genug. Wir sind leider davon ausgegangen, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher verfügbar sind. Daher bitte unbedingt vorher mit Nicolas abklären. Die Stadt ist innerhalb von gemütlichen 10 bis 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und ist wirklich wunderschön. Viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wirklich schön zum bummeln und verweilen. Ein Bäcker haben wir leider keinen in unmittelbarer Nähe finden können. Entweder man läuft in die Stadt oder fährt 4 min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem nicht touristischen Wohngebiet, was für uns ein großes Plus war. Insgesamt sehr ruhig aber ohne Auto kommt man nicht weit. Im Garten gibt es 2 Hühner und eine kleine Schildkröte was für die Kinder wirklich schön war. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Parfait, gérants tops!

Gérant disponible, soucieux du bien-être des locataires. Jolie maison, tout confort, emplacement calme, bien situé. Le jardin côté salon très joli et paisible. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci à eux.

vacance au top

gite de très bonne qualité accueil du propriétaire excellent un propriétaire a notre écoute pour nos exigences ( rando , visite , baignade, etc ..... ) ns lui avons dit nos besoin , il a réussi a nous indiquer toutes les visites a faire dans ce beau département le gite très spacieux pour notre famille ainsi pour notre petit chien ( terre neuve), il ne manque rien pour passer un SEJOUR SUPER AGREABLE ( la piscine pour se rafraichir et s'amuser, la terrasse au calme avec le barbecue ) le gite est situé dans une rue très calme et bien placé par rapport au centre ville historique , commerces et de toutes commodités pézénas est une ville très agréable à visiter et géographiquement elle est très proche de beaucoup de ville et de plage à voir nous avons passé d'EXCELLENTE VACANCES et nous avons profité de toutes les belles choses à faire un gite a garder dans nos archives pour peut être une nouvelle réservation QUE DU POSITIF et nous regrettons rien sur notre location et nos vacances QUE DU BONHEUR nous étions ravis une famille du nord qui recherche le soleil grégory, séverine

Superbes séjour dans très sympathique maison

Nous avons passé 2 semaines fin juillet début août 2016 , non véhiculés, dans cette location très fonctionnelle ! Idéale pour des vacances de détente. Le quartier est vraiment très calme et la maison à 10 min à pieds du centre ville de Pezenas (15 min si vous marchez lentement). Situation idéale ! Il y a dans la maison tout ce dont on a besoin. Un vrai barbecue en dur permet de passer une belle soirée. La literie est impeccable (très bonnes nuits au calme), la maison propre. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Aucune mauvais surprise. La piscine se trouve sur le jardinet de devant la maison (piscine de bonne taille, très propre et bien entretenue!), et derrière il y a un jardin très agréable et bien ombragé l'après-midi, avec quelques parties au soleil. Donc idéal pour tout le monde. Il y a deux salles de bain. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et donne de suite sur la très belle terrasse bien ombragée dès le matin. A noter la wifi, même dans le jardin, très appréciable! A disposition des vacanciers : guides, cartes, dépliants, et des produits d'entretien. Cette location est vraiment idéale pour les vacances. Pezenas est magnifique : dans la Vieille ville, de multiples ruelles. Autour de la vieille ville, des cafés, des presses, des primeurs (ex. cours Jean Jaurès), dans une ambiance et une architecture très agréable ! Par ailleurs, le réseau de cars est très bien développé depuis Pezenas. Donc une location super + une ville magnifique = EXCELLENTES VACANCES. Nous comptons d'ailleurs revenir dans cette location l'été prochain. L'accueil du propriétaire et de son entourage propre est très agréable ! Conseillé au personnes non véhiculées.

super séjour a Pézenas

nous avons séjournée du 19 juillet 2014 au 9 aout 2014 a 2 adultes ,1 enfant; et un grand chien dans cette maison très confortable proche des commerces le propriétaire est très cool et très discret Pézenas est a 10 minute a pied vous trouverez boulangerie ;inter marcher ; carrefour ,marcher le samedi mercredi et vendredi tous les commerces d artisans sont ouvert jusqu a minuit avec une excellente ambiances nous vous conseillons vivement cette maison pour un séjour au calme et a 15 ;20 minutes en voitures des plages CATHY de Bruxelles
