Your Silver Lake and Perry, New York adventure begins at this fabulous 1-bedroom studio apartment. Step inside and be greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The cozy adjustable queen bed invites guests to unwind and recharge after a day of exploring while looking out their sliding glass door at gorgeous lake views. The sunsets are truly picture perfect and look like they were painted in the sky. Steps from the water’s edge you’ll enjoy a huge outdoor living space with a firepit and your own dock (NOTE: there are stairs to get down to the lake). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The property is located 1 mile from the Charcoal Corral, a Perry staple which has a drive-in movie theatre, mini-golf, arcade, ice cream shop, pizza parlor and full-service restaurant. Silver Lake Studio is 1.5 miles from the Village of Perry where you'll find a wine bar, brewery, bakery, gourmet food bodega and coffee shop, unique shopping, an adventure store and many other local businesses. Letchworth State Park (known as the Grand Canyon of the East) is a short 15 min drive away. Hike, bike, explore, swim and take in the natural beauty of this upstate New York treasure. Cute and cozy cottage on the lake!

My husband and I had a lovely stay here for our anniversary! The cottage was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and sweet, the room was clean and well kept, the location was beautiful, and overall an ideal place for us! We would happily go back and stay again!

We had a great week at the Silver lake studio. Gorgeous view of the lake. Very close to Letchworth State Park. A beautiful area to vacation in. I absolutely recommend staying at this property.

End of summer/anniversary getaway

Beautiful studio apartment was so well designed and decorated that it fostered rest. It's located close to the water and easy to get to some Adirondack chairs or put your kayak in the lake. Lovely spot.

Very clean, great bed, bathroom, kitchenette, electric color changing fireplace, and an Alexa!. Unfortunately, for very end of May, the weather wasn't that great. But lots to do in the area

The studio is beautiful, exceptionally clean and neat. Being on the Lake was delightful. We enjoyed the sunsets and sitting by the lake.The decor is modern and inviting. I appreciated the extra amenities. The kitchen had everything I needed. We felt so comfortable in the White barn. The gorgeous flowers and furniture outside very cute. Loved everything about it. Enjoyed sitting lakefront by the fire. Spent a day at Letchworth and a day enjoying the local attractions in Perry, brewery, creamery and a nice lakefront lunch at the club. Great dinner at the Lumberyard.

Labor Day Weekend on Silver Lake

We were looking for a place near Letchworth Park and SO happy we stumbled across this gem. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had easy access to Silver Lake. The bed was extremely comfortable, paper products, coffee etc…were also provided. There are plenty of places to eat close by and Letchworth Park was just a short drive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. All the thoughtful little touches made you feel very welcome.

Down by the Lake

We loved all the wood. We are building a barndominium and have a lot of similar ideas with all the knotty pine. We definitely will come stay again when it’s warmer. Love the layout. Enjoyed the Lumberyard restaurant and the Silver Lake Brewery. Friday the weather was perfect and we hiked Letchworth and saw all the falls. Breakfast at the Iris.So many things to do.loved sitting at night in font of the slider and watching the sunset.

Peaceful Oasis

I absolutely loved this cottage. The fixtures and decorations were gorgeous, the bed comfortable. My son slept on the pull out and also found it comfortable. Furnished with anything you'd ever want to do on the lake: kayaks, paddle board, water shoes, games, firewood, you name it, they had it! As a long distance runner, it was safe and majestic to run out Walker Road and look at the lush fields.

A Quiet Oasis in a Busy World

Enjoyed very much our stay in this adorable, clean and quiet studio, with spectacular sunsets and the "curiously hip" village of Perry so close to explore. Great for cycling! Of special note for a lake property is the "at-grade" no-step entrance and ability to back your car just a few feet from the door for easy luggage unloading and loading. Comfy bed, nice hot shower, well-equipped kitchen. We'll be back!

Great Summer Getaway

We stayed three nights. It was quiet and comfortable located at the end of a dead end. Firewood was supplied for use of the private fire pit. We saw a different sunset each night. Accomodations were all updated and clean. Highly recommend. We were 10 minutes from Letchworth State Park, we went two days ... Never a disappointment with the scenery. Absolutely breathtaking! I whis now, that we had a few more days... We would have loved to go kayaking on the lake with the vessels provided! A wonderful stat!!!
