COTTAGE: 2021 remodeled Storybook single level home features three bedrooms with two nightstands (w/reading lamps) and a dresser. The bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The WiFi service is POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed.

The master bathroom has a large shower, vanity, and one piece lav. The second bedroom is ensuite with a full bath featuring a shower, vanity, and one piece lav. The hall bath boasts a tub/shower along with pedestal sink and one piece nav. All bathrooms provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, built in microwave, and French door refrigerator. There is room for one car in the driveway and another on the street in front of the house.

CHALET: This single level home features two bedrooms - the master with a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with tub shower combination. There is a spacious closet with hangers and shelf, two nightstands with reading lamps, a dresser and a 43” wall mounted Samsung Smart TV.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a closet with hangers and shelf, two nightstands with reading lamps, a dresser and a 43” wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. The hall bathroom has a tub shower combination, new toilet and vanity.

The living room is comfortable with sofa, club chair, floor lamps and wall mounted 50" Samsung Smart TV over the electric fireplace. The room boasts a large mural of Billy Jack and Jean Roberts, paying homage to the bohemian northern Arizona characters of the 1960’s and ‘70’s.

We LOVE dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies).

Both homes are yours as well as the fully fenced yards. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, BBQs and fire pits. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and fluid.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library – take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and 20 or so albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.
