The Space:

Serenity Estates offers more than 5,000 square feet across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, sleeping up to 12. The primary suite has a king bed and private bath. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and views of the pool. Outside, the fenced backyard has a private pool, hot tub, fire pit and basketball court. Inside there is a private gym, a light-filled living room with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work, and an EV charger. The layout gives large groups, families and work crews shared space and private rooms. We host short, mid and long-term stays for corporate and executive travelers, relocation, insurance and displacement housing, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests.

The Neighborhood:

Serenity Estates is in a quiet residential area of College Park, Georgia, on Atlanta's south side. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about 15 minutes away, along with its private terminals, PS ATL and Signature Elite Class, used by executives, athletes and entertainers. The headquarters of Delta Air Lines, Chick-fil-A and Porsche Cars North America are close by, as are the Georgia International Convention Center and Gateway Center Arena. Camp Creek Marketplace has shopping and dining close by, and Midtown and Downtown Atlanta are about 20 minutes north.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around. The home has a garage, driveway parking and an EV charger. The airport, I-285 and I-85 are a short drive away, and the College Park MARTA station connects to Downtown and Midtown.

To ensure a safe, secure, and smooth stay, please review the following:



- Guest Verification:

All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. This is necessary to verify your identity, provide your check-in instructions, and register any required vehicle information for parking. Please complete this step as soon as possible to avoid any check-in delays.



- Age Requirement:

Guests must be **21 years of age or older** to book and stay at our properties.



- Noise and Smoke Monitoring:

Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices **do not** record conversations — they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment.



- Outdoor Security Cameras:

Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only.



- Smoking Policy:

Smoking is **strictly prohibited** inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a **$500 fine** will be charged.



- Parties and Events:

We do **not allow parties** at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted **with prior written approval** from the host. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any production-related needs.
