It is beautifully furnished and ready to move in and, being a ground floor condo, you have easy access to the jacuzzi and BBQ area from your patio, as well as an easy walk to the main pool and beach access. Condo features a new tankless water heater, new complete interior painting (walls and doors), new Kitchen and Bath hardware. The 1/2-Bedroom serves as the Guest Bedroom and is great for ''younger'' visitors.
