Sonoran Sea East 105 is one of the very few ground floor 1 bedrooms in all of Rocky Point. This deluxe 1 bedroom is a big two-bedroom. That is great because parking is at your doorstep, and your terrace opens out onto the manicured grounds and grass of the Resort. Pools and beach access are easy from your patio.

The bedroom has it's own bathroom and a king-sized bed. The living area has views of the ocean, as well as a fold-out sofa. Both rooms have Flat-screen TV's with DVD players, and there are a washer and dryer in the unit.

Take advantage of this well-situated unit in well likes Sonoran Sea Resort, right on the beach and walking distance to Garufa Stay House, Changes Bar, the Sonoran Grill, and Banditos.

Our annual trip

First time we stayed at this room The place is super nice the couch was the only thing we laughed at it was soooo uncomfortable to sit on it’s like at a angle soooooo uncomfortably awkward good thing we ddnt have to use it much blankets we’re not to comfy but I would rent again just bring our own blankets

Perfect location

The condo was in a perfect location on the first floor with the patio looking on to the pool and ocean. It was nice to be able to go in to the condo and make a drink to take to the pool. The condo was very nicely decorated and had all the basic needs. It should be noted that you do have to bring everything with you and I mean everything including salt and pepper and sponges to wash your dishes. As noted it the previous review it can be noisy as it is right next to the elevator and you can here everything. From 10pm to 7am it was quiet. The best part of the stay was the restaurant. The staff and food were amazing. We ate there every night. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad service, bogus charges

the unit was very "used" not updated at all. The refrigerator was help up with wood blocks, no ice maker, ice cube trays that were cracked & didn't even hold water, the outside was rusted and dented. Cabinets, appliances, etc seem original from when it was built 16 years ago. The unit is directly next to the elevator and the bedroom is right against the outside wall NEXT to the elevator. So ALLLLLLnight you hear people partying, yelling, talking outside the window. There were no kitchen towels. Service is non-existent. You get better service at a regular hotel.
