Good communication. Accommodating us with an early check in as we were working with a massive snow storm. Clean and comfortable with all the necessities.

Stay at this location exceeded expectations. The unit is very nice with an outside deck patio. View is spectacular. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The host was very responsive. Tiffs restaurant in this building is the best in the area. I would highly recommend a visit to this area and enjoying this unit!

Everything promised and more

This one berm condo is tastefully furnished, well laid out, and very well equipped. Judy is a great host- informative, polite and timely. While the condo is on the first floor, the balcony is up one level that provides privacy and a nice elevated view of Craddock Creek, with Smith mtn as the backdrop. Overall great accommodation !

Simply amazing! Host was awesome and couldn't have been more accommodating. We decided to make a last-minute trip, and she made it happen! Condo was beautiful and had an amazing view. Accommodations were perfect as we brought our boat with us to enjoy the lake! She made the process very simple, and I can't say enough how well kept the unit was and the amazing time our family had. Memories made that will never be replaced. We definitely plan to stay again! She deserves a 10 star rating!

Great place!

Everything went very smoothly and the condo is beautifully decorated and has all of the kitchen amenities that you could possibly want. The only thing we had trouble with was getting sound on the TV.... Wish we had had some instructions about that. And also the pull out sofa bed is a little bit wonky, and we had great difficulty trying to put it back in. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this condo and a stay at Mariner's Landing. Would definitely stay here again.
