We come to the area every year for a family reunion and always rent a house for the weekend. We've done this for roughly 10 years now. This was our first stay here and by far was the best experience in 10 yrs of rentals. Everything was as advertised and the host communications was great as well. We will definitely book again.

Private & Convenient Location

We loved the barndominium! It was open, spacious and had everything we needed. We had a great time exploring all the great small towns along M-22, Manistee and Traverse City. We would definitely stay again.

What a beaut!

Lovely secluded estate! Couldn’t ask for a better place to get together and go ski or snowboard at Crystal. Super clean, great open concept too! 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome place! Would stay here again! Could use a few more amenities but overall wonderful new place! Warning that the upstairs does stay much warmer than the downstairs even with air conditioning working. I’d rent it again for all seasons up north! Thanks!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here because of the close proximity to Crystal Mountain and Frankfort. Location is perfect! The barn itself is top notch. It is on a private little dirt road surrounded by woods. It is VERY spacious. The main floor is open concept and the second floor has two additional lounging areas. The bedrooms are large and with the many couches, you could easily sleep additional people if need be. Sheets were nice, towels were brand new, and coffee pods and laundry detergent was provided. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the owner was very quick in responding to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!!!

Crystal

The house was very nice and very clean. However, with the amount we paid we were expecting air conditioning. No air conditioning in the house and no opening front windows to let the breeze in. Was too hot in the house. Also no ceiling fan in the master bedroom to keep air flow moving. The property was situated near numerous restaurants and activities.
