The Brady St neighborhood is beloved by locals and visitors for its walkability and almost endless dining and nightlife options, as well as super-convenient proximity to downtown. This beautiful home provides a perfect base from which to enjoy it all. Dating to the late 1800's, the home retains a few hints of its original Victorian-era charm, but has been updated with elegant finishes that wonderfully blend modern and traditional styles.

2 story single family home with wonderful private, fenced backyard lounge area. Main floor features living room, dining, kitchen, office, one bedroom with queen bed, and half bath. Access to backyard space off the kitchen. 2nd floor features main bedroom with king bed and bonus day bed, additional bedroom with queen bed, den/family room with fold out single bed, full bath and laundry.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the main level and 2nd floor of the home as well as the backyard space. The basement level is off limits to guests. A unique code will be generated for guests to access the home via the smart lock on the front door.
