Excellent experience overall. Quick check-in and checkout close to the property, and the condo was clean and nicely stocked. The private beach is a great perk! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful property

Just right for 3 moms and 3 teenage boys. Private beach is lovely, pier is great for fishing, pool was a necessity. Communication was expedient. Check-in and out process, though somewhat antiquated (we are used to key-coded doors and not actual keys that need to be returned these days), was quick and friendly. Very happy with this rental company and with this unit!

The unit wasn't cleaned properly. There was toothpaste residue in the bathroom sinks, soap scum on the bottom of the bathtubs so showers were a must. The floors were dirty & sandy throughout. There was sticky liquid splatters on the kitchen floor. The pantry was full of someone's food and spices to the point of us not being able to store our food in it. We checked in on Sunday afternoon, received a text from Key Concepts on Monday morning welcoming us to the unit stating to reply to the that message if we needed anything. I replied to the text and informed them of the condition of the unit but there was no reply until Tuesday night and it was only check out instructions stating they hoped we enjoyed our stay. We've been renting homes and condos in Florida and Alabama for 30 years. This was our first time with Key Concepts Realty, Pensacola and I'm not impressed.

Our family spent two weeks here and made some wonderful memories together. The condo gave us a great place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a different pace of life. Morning coffee on the balcony, time at the pool, and gathering with family made this a very special trip. The location was excellent and the condo provided plenty of space for everyone.A few things kept it from being a full 5-star experience for us. The air conditioning seemed to struggle during the warmer parts of the day, and several of the mattresses felt quite firm and appeared to be due for updating. After long days in the Florida heat, both became more noticeable.We also encountered some confusion regarding the dock. Some of the information available in the condo referenced boat passes and temporary docking, but we later learned those materials were outdated and that dock access is now restricted to owners only. Updating that information would help avoid confusion for future guests.We were also a little surprised by the limited supply of basic household items such as toilet paper and garbage bags for a two-week stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but a more generous starter supply would have been appreciated.Overall, we’re grateful for our stay and the memories we made as a family. With some attention to the mattresses, cooling system, and guest information, this would easily be a 5-star property in our opinion.
