We truly loved everything about this house, especially the excellent views in the back and the front of the house, and the many thoughtful details and inviting spaces. The top deck hot tub is hard to beat! The pool is also great. And the top floor with lots of comfortable seating, open floor plan and well stocked kitchen was outstanding.The host communicated clearly and quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect place for my family to gather to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday! The house is the perfect set up. There are bathrooms galore! The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. It was well stocked with kitchen items and essentials like spices and oils. The deck off the kitchen gets afternoon shade and a beautiful breeze. The house is a very short walk to the beach, just one block to the sand dune entrance. The beach itself was great and not very crowded. The pool and jacuzzi were also a crowd pleaser among my family.Seth was a great host! For example, he went out of the way to make sure we could sign back into a kids game table. I highly recommend this house!

Great location

Nags Head Haven is a great choice for people who want to relax and be close to the beach. The pool cabana is awesome and enables a comfortable pool experience. House is really nice and full of thoughtful details that made our stay all the more enjoyable. Not to mention the views from the decks!

Our family loved NHH! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s a short walk to the beach and the views from the deck are beautiful! The house is spacious, extremely well-kept and clearly lovingly maintained. Our children enjoyed the game tables and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! The house well exceeded our expectations. Communication from Seth was top-tier. He was especially accommodating and responsive. I have only positive feedback for this house, owner and our overall experience. NHH 6/2025

My family has vacationed at South Nags Head for 35 years. NHH is by far the nicest property we have rented. Seth's attention to detail is incredible, we had everything we needed and more!!! If you are fortunate enough to get the opportunity to vacation at NHH....jump on it!!

Great stay!

This was an amazing stay! Our entire family had an amazing time. This house is great for children as all of our children ranging from 15 to 3 had a blast and the pool was perfect when the beach became too much for the little ones! This house is so spacious and accommodated our large family nicely without absolutely breaking the bank! Communication with Seth was always a pleasure and quick response time. Will definitely be looking at booking another stay here on our next family trip to the outer banks!

5 stars, would stay again!

My family and I have stayed all over the OBX area throughout the years (Hatteras, Avon, Kitty Hawk, Duck and Corolla) but this little stretch of South Nags Head was our favorite. It was the perfect location and central to all of the things we love to do. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was perfect with ocean views, a quick walk to the beach and a private, wide-open view of the natural area behind the house that extends to the sound. Definitely recommend and the host was very responsive, kind and easy to work with.

Perfection!

What a phenomenal house with everything you could want or need. And so reasonably priced for how gorgeous, modern and clean it is with all the amenities including a great pool, hot tub and even little covered tiki bar area, hammock, so many decks, the perfect sunset view, an amazing kitchen, plus only a brief five minute walk at most to the beach and that’s with little kids and lots of bags in tow. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Fun

What an amazing time at Nags Head Haven! This listing was exactly as described and pictured, clean, tidy, and the beds were so comfortable. The sunrise and sunset views from the top floor were beautiful. The pool and cabana were put to good use and we must’ve spent 80% of our time there. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked multiple meals and enjoyed around the large dining room table. The walk to the beach was easy and we were grateful for the shed stocked with chairs and umbrellas. Overall an amazing family vacation!

House was in great order, and very well stocked.

We really like staying here. This was the second time for us and the fourth time for our son. Location is great for beach access, and the private pool is a great added bonus. The only negative would be the bedroom in the basement level. The bed there is a bit uncomfortable. May be time to replace the mattress.

While I did replace the bed in the lower bedroom this season, I kept the mattress based on positive feedback. Truth be told, I use the same bedroom on every personal visit, and it wasn’t that one. Seems like I need to change that practice, live in all bedrooms, and spring (pun intended) into action should anything be less than perfect. Thanks again, Seth

Amazing Home, Great Location, Super Ownership

We had booked our OBX fishing trip quite some time ago, before global pandemic had hit. Seth was super fast to get back to us with all of our questions. Luckily Dare County opened up in time for us to take our trip - the fishing was great, the home was excellent with a great interior, multiple decks and swimming pool. Plenty of comfortable sleeping quarters for everyone - We will be back!

Great layout and location!

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The top floor is completely open, bright and airy. Kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of seating for everyone. Beautiful sunsets. Short walk to the beach. Nice to have so many master suites. Beds weren't very comfortable but were fine for one week. Loved the shed with chairs and boogie boards. Hot tub was great. Owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating!

The first view from upstairs sold me on the house years ago and I realize pictures just don’t do it justice. As for the beds, I must admit that I always sleep in the same one. However, my mission this off-season is to play Prince-and-the-pea to determine which mattresses are ready for upgrade and act accordingly. Only the best at NHH! Great house in Nags Head

My family was looking for a place to celebrate my son’s high school graduation and his appointment into the US Air Force Academy. This house was a fantastic find. Located at a two minute walk to the beach, my family enjoyed the sun, sand and food while relaxing at this great house. The house itself was clean and sanitized for our arrival and the house itself was wonderful on the inside, with an updated kitchen and living area, where we were able to enjoy tv and play family games. The nights were just as fun for us as we enjoyed the spacious decks, hot tub and pool. The host did a great job with communication and suggested several places to visit and eat, which was a huge help in our first time visit. Overall, this was our family’s favorite vacation and it couldn’t have happened without such a great house.

4th of july

Property was great!!! No complaints on house , other than we wished it cooled better , it was a hot! Week. Proximity to beach access was great only thing was beach access was climbing up sand dune & down a little taxing on our older family members and people not in great shape . It looks like stairs might have been there at one point but are now covered totally by sand. But the house is very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Also 4th of july we could see all fireworks from sitting on the deck that was a big plus.

It is as pretty as the picture!

The house was perfect as was everything else. It was very well maintained and clean. The decor was great. The views from the front and back decks were beautiful. The hot tub, game room and pool kept my family entertained when we spent time at the house. The walk to the beach was only 2 minutes unless you are like me and run to the beach then it is only 30 seconds! The restaurants and shops were all very close by which made traveling easier. We spent a lot of time at Fish Heads pier which was in walking distance and enjoyed that during the day and night. They have good food and drinks for the young and old. Seth was very kind and helpful during the booking process and during our stay. Joby was very kind and helpful and its wonderful that he lives next door! There were 14 of us in the house and we had plenty of room and plenty to keep us entertained. I would definitely recommend this house to family or friends and if we decide to vacation in the outer banks I would rent this house again. I hated to leave it!! Thanks Seth.
