This was a great place for our fairly large family to enjoy a week together. Access to the beach and pier was easy and central to all the off-beach activities we were interested in. A wonderful time was had by all!

Family vacation

House was very comfortable and it was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved having a pool.

Loved the location, it would be nice to have had a 2nd refrigerator downstairs.Maintenance was on top of thie game when we had issues with air conditioning and pool.

Good house for a large family

House was very nice and in a good location (short walk to beach and the fishing pier). Hot tub and pool area, as well as, the screened in porch were all very nice. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom which was great. A few minor issues including not being able to check in until almost a full hour late due to HVAC contractors being at the house and not having working WIFI the entire week. Would recommend to any large group looking to go to OBX

Windy wedding day

This is an ideal property for a large group of friends and family. Each of the 6 BRs have a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with 2 large tables and bar chairs making for adequate seating. We were here for a wedding, which I wouldn’t necessarily advice in the spring in Nags Head as we almost got blown away literally off the beach, just across the street. This property was perfectly suited for our group, with private outdoor space for everyone, either by the fenced in pool & hot tub or on the 2nd and 3rd decks with plenty of seating for any large group. Super clean & comfortable!
