Very close to the highway, Downtown Bayview, Downtown Milwaukee, dining, entertainment, Harley Davidson Museum, Port of Milwaukee, South Shore Terrace, and hospitals. Enjoy Beulah Park, which is located almost in your backyard!!

THE SPACE
Welcome to our fully renovated and pet-friendly La Casita Logan! This charming three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is located in the heart of Bayview.

MAIN FLOOR:
Enjoy the spacious and fully equipped cozy kitchen with a breakfast bar. Don't forget the full coffee bar for your morning cup of Joe! The comfortable living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, an electric fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV. Also, you will find a half bathroom for your comfort.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, 48" Smart TV, closet, dresser, and ensuite full bathroom.

LOWER LEVEL:
Enjoy Bedroom 2 with a twin-size bed, dresser, and closet.
Enjoy Bedroom 3 with a Bunk bed (full size and twin size) and a spacious walk-in closet, a dresser, and a 48" Smart TV.
You will find the workspace and a full bathroom at the end of the hallway.
The laundry room is near the back door for comfort and ease. There is central heating and cooling throughout, and a 50-gallon tank provides plenty of hot water.
In the backyard, you will find the gas grill with a full tank of propane gas and all the utensils you need for your BBQ! Also, enjoy your morning coffee in our brand-new comfortable patio set!
You will find the parking in front of the garage (alley access) for up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles could be parked on the street. Please check our manual or the City of Milwaukee website for night parking permissions.
The home can be accessed from the front or back door.

GUEST ACCESS
Keyless entry for the home. The home is equipped with smart locks. We will provide your access code before your arrival.
The entire home is yours to use except the owner's closet located in the master bedroom's bathroom. The owner also currently uses the garage.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the normal cycle (soap is under the sink). 2. Put all used towels in the laundry room.
3. Take out the trash and place it in the garbage cans by the alley. 4. Close and lock all windows and doors before you leave.
5. Once you lock the door near check-out time on the day of departure, your check-out process is complete.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no unregistered additional guests on the property. No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home. Absolutely no illegal substances in or around the property.
Absolutely no unregistered pets are allowed on the property.

Summerfest Weekend

Best bachelorette weekend!!

We celebrated my best friends bachelorette weekend here and we could not be happier with the place!! We were a little concerned with how cramped it was at first glance when we got there, but after getting everyone settled, it was perfect for a group of 7! Super clean, close to a cute downtown strip in Bay View.
