Great Stay!

We had a great time at the Shores of Panama condo! The views were absolutely beautiful, everything was clean and well-kept, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful location, amazing pool

We had a great time, the pool was amazing, the views were perfect! I can see how it might get crowded during the summer, but it wasn't super busy for fall break. The unit was clean and comfortable, there was no wait for anything.

Nice Views

Loved our stay at this unit in Shores of Panama! It was conveniently located close to the elevators, which made everything super easy. Communication was great throughout our trip, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The views from the balcony were amazing, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee while watching the waves. The location at Shores of Panama was perfect, easy access to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and activities. Even in November the weather was perfect for beach walks and sunset views. Check-in was smooth, communication was great, and the space was just as described.

DEFINITELY needed to be swept before we arrived. and paint needs to be updated for the price. elevators were super slow and definitely traffic is SO bad of how to get in and out. but overall the place is super nice.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we’ll be following up to make sure that is addressed. Unfortunately, elevators and traffic during busy beach seasons can sometimes be a challenge and are outside of our control, but we completely understand how frustrating that can be during vacation. We were very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, several major issues significantly impacted our vacation.The biggest problem was that the condo was without water for approximately 36 hours. Because the building’s air conditioning system relied on water, the air conditioning also did not work during that time, leaving the condo hot and uncomfortable. We were unable to shower, properly use the bathrooms, or enjoy the property as expected.Communication from the host was extremely poor throughout the situation. We repeatedly reached out for updates and asked if anything could be done, such as providing fans or offering some type of accommodation while we waited, but we received little to no meaningful response.The pull-out couch that was advertised as a sleeping space was also broken and unusable. While an air mattress was eventually provided, it was not an equivalent replacement for the accommodations we paid for.To make matters worse, the condo was not very clean upon arrival. The floors were dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our stay.I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, and I don’t fault the owner for problems beyond their control. However, what was most frustrating was the lack of communication, the failure to make any meaningful effort to help guests during the outage, and the lack of follow-up afterward regarding compensation for the loss of essential amenities.
