This brand new, modern 1 bedroom/ 1 bath vacation rental accesses a shared heated pool with a spacious pool deck offering an outdoor kitchen, breakfast bar and patio just outside your back door. It is located in a quiet family neighborhood just 1.7 miles from the crystal white sands of Siesta Key Beach, one of the most awarded beaches in the world!

Ocean Pearl is one of 3 private guest apartments surrounding a large, outdoor heated pool. From the easy self check-in, to the cozy living room with a 50 inch tv, this spa like vacation rental offers a granite top breakfast bar and a fully appointed kitchen with full size appliances.
The gorgeous bath features a rain forest shower head. There an ensuite washer and dryer for your private use. Inside the bedroom is a comfortable queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a fluffy duvet cover and crisp linens surrounded by soft, natural light and a quiet ceiling fan. Just outside your back door is a private seating area where you can enjoy an evening cocktail while enjoying the warm breeze off Sarasota Bay, just a half block away.

The Ocean Pearl is designed for your privacy, with a side entrance just steps from the parking area in front of the property. A coded no-key access means you'll never lose your rental key at the beach. Just outside your back door is a private patio/seating area leading to the shared heated pool, and spacious, caged pool deck complete with a gas barbeque, outdoor kitchen and bar-top seating.

The owner, Kimberly, lives in the main house, and honors her guest's privacy while they are in residence.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes, the Ocean Pearl is a short half block walk to Sarasota Bay and 1.7 miles from the crystal sands of Siesta Key Beach.

Parking is located at the gravel/shell parking area to the right of the driveway at the front of the property. Local Lift, Uber and taxi service is available as our guest's needs.

The owners certainly know what travelers like. The apartment we had was clean, everything looked new in the kitchen and bathroom, nice decorating, comfortable setting, and the outdoor area with pool was enchanting. We even had our own private sitting area outside our door. We were on the go all day--very close to Siesta Key, and Marie Selby Gardens in Sarasota. Great location for all the activity in that area.

People were great and great communicators. A couple problems that we told them about. 1. They have a great AC unit but the air had trouble reaching the bedroom. It was very hot when we slept and we took turns sleeping on the couch to stay cool. They came to bring us a fan and did there best and we survived but definitely wouldn’t have happened in a hotel. 2. They had little bugs in the bathroom and I notified the owners about it but it dropped my cleanliness down.3. It started pouring the day we checked out and there was a leak in the bedroom enough that we had to get out of bed and out a bowl on the bed. I notified the owners but it looked like that leak has been there a bit as there is a small hole and a water line. Overall it was a very nice place, neighborhood and the pool was nice. Wouldn’t stay there again but really nice people.

Why they chose this property

Its a beautiful walkable neighborhood great for pets. Just one block from the bay and 1.7 miles to the closest beach on Siesta- the parking area is called Beach Access 12. Google it if you want to drive there it can be tricky to find!. Quiet and peaceful just just 10 minutes to downtown! The perfect location
