Our Villa is located in the residential area of Siesta Key Village. The Village offers many restaurants, shopping, and nighttime entertainment.
Mid modern century design and architecture, our Villa is ground level with one reserved parking space directly in front. There is a back gate door, which provides an entrance directly into the heart of Siesta Key Village.
Our Villa has vaulted ceilings and a split layout plan. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is a queen-sized inflatable bed for extra guests. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and are separated by a living area for more privacy. Bedrooms also feature dressers, closets and hangers for your unpacking needs. We have one lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our Villa features tiled floors throughout as well as Air Conditioning.
Our charming Villa has been renovated with a new kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated electrical, and pendant lighting. The fully equipped kitchen includes: coffee maker; tea kettle; toaster; microwave; kitchen dishes, cooking dishes, mugs, cups, glasses, and basic pantry items.
Keep all the comforts of home with high speed broadband Internet access and flat screen TVs in every room. 50" HDTV with DVR and Streaming WiFi Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room. Also included: new washing machine and dryer; linens, bath towels, and beach towels; ironing board and iron; hair dryer; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, beach cart (to put everything in), and outdoor shower.

Enjoy the brick paver patio with table and six chairs for outdoor dining and / or relaxing and charcoal grill. Patio Umbrella with solar-powered, LED lighting for evening ambience!

Our Villa has a very strict No Smoking / No Vaping policy.

Additional House Rules:
1. Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25
2. Pet Fee: $200 per rental. May not exceed 50 lbs. Must be spayed or neutered. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.
3 Cancellation Policy: In an effort to satisfy the vacation needs of both actual and potential guests, we refund Deposits in full if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the check-in date.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO VAPING OR SMOKING, of any kind, is allowed inside the Villa, violation will result in a $400 charge.
5. Under no circumstances should anything be hung from any light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. Doing so will result in a $100 charge, in addition to replacement fixture costs, if necessary.
6. There is no glitter or confetti allowed in the Villa at anytime. There will be $75 charge if any is left at the property.
