Unit is exactly as pictured - very modern and well furnished. Communication from property management was outstanding. Walk to the beach was very short. Extra bonus is that the unit at the far end of the beach with no high rises to the East meaning unobstructed views of sunrise every morning and plenty of open beach space. Would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful with Great Location

The condo was clean, modern and updated beautifully. The view was of the ocean, some beach homes and a state preserve. We got to see beautiful sunrises but no sunsets as this unit was on the eastern side of the building. This would be a bonus if staying during hotter months! The resort as a whole was very nice and walkable. The only complaint is that there is no traffic light getting out of the resort. Overall I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably our fourth stay in Miramar Beach and also probably my favorite. The condo is beautifully decorated in neutral beachy colors! When booking I was a little disappointed because it wasn’t a straight view over the ocean, but when I got there it was gorgeous. There’s just a few homes being built down below, but their colors are so pretty they match the colors of the sunrise! And it’s mostly undeveloped preserves area with total tree coverage. And you still have a really nice view of the ocean. Cleaning was immaculate except for one toilet. (I think it must have been accidentally overlooked.). Plenty of towels and I appreciated a few extras that were included that some properties have you bring...like full bottles of hand soap, dish soap,and laundry detergent. A few goodies were left on the counter for us as well. Customer service was great, communication was great...especially the website link detailing everything about the condo, parking, beach access, etc. it was seamless getting thru the security gate all the way into the condo. Breathe Easy Rentals will now be my goto rental agency when we are looking to come down! 10/10 will be looking to stay with them again.One last thing, if you like a more private beach area, you can actually walk to the left down the beach and be in Topsail Beach State Park in about 15 min and you feel like you have your own private beach!
