Cozy 3 bed 2 bath with 2 car garage peaceful home
centrally located close to the hospital, stores, and
food with outside security system, washer/dryer in
the home. WiFi included with access to fenced in
backyard. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator and mini fridge.

Master bedroom includes king bed, tv, walk in closet, full bathroom. Second bedroom includes queen bed and tv. Third bedroom includes queen bed with tv. Hallway has a full bathroom. Living room includes sectional with tv.

Security system includes 2 outdoor cameras with a
ring doorbell camera. Outside furniture in the
backyard with a grill included. Towels, toilet paper,
kitchen dishes, and bedsheets will be included.
pets allowed, no smoking allowed in the home.

Home is located in a peaceful and quiet
neighborhood. The home is located 5 minutes from Walmart, and 8 minutes from Frys Food Store, home is near Jack in the Box, Panda Express, and a golf course. Home is located 20min away from the hospital, 15min away from outdoor mall.

We were very happy with this rental. Clean, well equipped, spacious, easy access location. We will definitely rent again next year if we decide to go to Yuma again and the property is available. We stayed for a month.

Lovely home in Yuma Foothills

House appears brand new. Host allowed access to park in the garage, which was super. This seems like a small convenience, but it was perfect for us, especially since the desert breast was up.

This home was amazing! The moment you walked in the door, you were hit with that home away from feeling. My family enjoyed every moment there. The kitchen has every essential necessary to make it feel even more homelike. The host Jocelyn even had a notebook guide to surrounding area markets and fun things to do. Thank you for making my sons last days at “home” before deployment that much more comfortable with your amazing home! We will definitely be back again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at your house. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful. The house was very clean and was nicely furnished and decorated. We especially loved the pictures of your dogs in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with essentials such as plates, cups, etc. as well as a kuerig with pods, creamer, and sugar. The patio had nice furniture. Wish the backyard had grass or some other type of landscaping other than dirt. This is not a negative comment, simply feedback from people who enjoy outdoor time. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
