Great location - central to many activities. Villa was large and very comfortable.Had difficulty initially getting into the villa - code would not work, but on call team was very responsive.Having a grill on the deck was great - kept us from heating up the villa cooking our dinner.Definitely recommend this villa.

We booked this property last minute and it worked out perfectly for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair and pack n play at the property making our stay even easier. Great location close to the pool.

Perfect stay in Hilton Head

Great property for our family and the best part was the close proximity to our favorite places, the beach and Shelter Cove. Will book again for next year's vacation!

Our time in Hilton Head

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. We played pickleball every day & the round robins were a fun way to meet other people. We rented bikes & took daily bike rides. We enjoyed eating out each evening. We loved our time in Queen’s Grant & intend to come back.

Hilton Head Island

Our family had an amazing time in this house during our stay. The location was great and close to the beach. We saw deers walk right in our backyard. Riding bike around the community and to the beach was such a fun experience. Parking was easy. The house was spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Communicated w/ host: pet odor when entering unit. Several things broken or malfunctioning. They offered to come in & fix but didn’t want to use our time with workers in our unit for a while, while vacationing. From pics you can see unit was not maintained. Master bedroom downstairs w/ a broken shower. Lights over sink like a disco (blinking on and off). Ice maker with big block ice forming continuously inhibiting production of ice. Garbage disposal poor at best. Hosts were great with communication but unit I would not recommend without a lot of work done. ( not able to submit videos of blinking light or also broken shower on/ off, but the host did get them).

Great Vaca with Older Pupper

We go to the beach every year and we brought our older pup with us. This location allowed us to take nice walks and not have to go far for a nice lagoon view. A pool is steps away from the back deck which was awesome! The beach is at least a 15 minute walk on flat surfaces, but the walk was a great way to dry off. We also took advantage of the free court time that comes with the place and that was a great money saver! Also, the facility mgmt company was great to work with! All in all it is a great place to spend the week! Thank you!
