The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with a large farm table which seats 12, and a patio off the kitchen with a teak dining set that also seats 12. There are gas and charcoal grills on the patio.

The guest house has four bedrooms and a great room, and is the perfect spot for large family dinners. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table sits 14. There is a king bedroom with its own bathroom, two twin bedrooms which share a bath, and one queen bedroom with its own private bath. The house is just steps from the pool, with plenty of seating and lounge chairs.
