The new wrap-around deck is an entertainers dream, offering the perfect backdrop for gatherings with the symphony of waves. All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A bathroom on all three floors makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. Want to get away from the sun for a bit? Simply head into the spacious living room and enjoy the ocean views from 5 huge beach facing windows. If you want a lot of sun, choose from setting up your beach chair on beautiful Wells Beach or on our homes private front yard beach. Getting up in the morning in the 2nd floor master bedroom is a treat. Open the curtains and the slider to a spacious deck and front row spectacular beach sunrise. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your well earned front row beach vacation. Two bedrooms, each with a set of bunkbeds will serve the kids well. The fourth bedroom is on the third floor. This bedroom also has stunning beach views from a majestic arched window with windows that open for cool ocean breezes. Prepare your vacation meals in the newly renovated kitchen with beautiful Quartz countertops and all the most modern kitchen amenities. If you want to leave your vacation with all clean clothes, feel free to use the free commercial grade washer and dryer on the second floor. Our home has parking for two cars. The driveway narrows to 9ft wide coming in and then opens up. We back our minivan in for quick exits to Atlantic Avenue.
